We are an authorized home care services company of your community. We are determined to offer the assistance you need as per your requirement to ensure peace of mind for you and your family. We have an extensive support system of qualified and insured PSW's, RN, RPN's, who are available to work for families like yours and aid patients suffering from Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and such. We will be happy to meet/discuss and answer any question you have. Golden Oak will be your healthcare provider as we do for many families in Ontario to ensue best care for their loved ones.

Caring for Your Family

We will work with you and your family to develop a personal comprehensive care plan. If necessary, we will arrange consultation meeting with your family physician to get a full understanding of the needs of the patient. Our service coordinator will then assign the appropriate type of caregiver with relevant experience and personality that best suits your family’s needs. The personal support worker will then be introduced to your family so you can participate in the selection process. It is essential that our personal support worker matches your expectations and there is some involvement with your loved one, as they need to connect with one another and have some commonality to ensure best service is provided. Once placed in your home, we follow up with telephone check-ins and home visits.

Family Caregiver

It is our highest priority and most important function, providing first – rate services in all aspects of the assignment. If you have a special request, just ask and we will make every attempt to accommodate your need. Our employees are carefully selected, and everyone possesses a Personal Support Worker (PSW)/RN/RPN Certificate and in almost all cases have years of on-the-job experience. We are diligent in our hiring process; we check references from previous employers, and we require a Police Clearance and Certificate from every caregiver we employ to ensure your safety.
