“I have been dealing with Golden Oak Care now for approximately three years and their services are incredible. My mother is 93 years old. She lives in a retirement home with a little kitchen and needs help with cleaning, preparing her meals, doing various chores and personal care. I can customize the amount of hours per day to fit my mom’s needs which is excellent. The caregivers are well-trained and very caring and always very reliable. Every day I get a text with a review of what the caregiver had performed for my mom which is great to get these updates and it gives me comfort to see everything is okay with mom. My direct advisor service levels are incredible. Anything that I need clarification on or communication required is done immediately with hospitality, enthusiasm and professionalism…he knows the needs of seniors and has never let me down. I met with the Manager of Golden Oak for the initial interview and I was quite candid with my mother’s needs. Medical people had suggested he might be better of in a Long Term Care facility however I had very mixed feelings.
